Today is the first day of a new diet and I'm hoping it won't also be the last, so I'm counting on you to fulfill my vicarious and calorie free sweets lust. Those are very interesting paper liners in the square pans. I've never seen anything like that, sort of like a coffee filter for baking, very convenient. I've seen Martha line a brownie pan with perpendicular strips of overhanging parchment so she can extract the baked brownie intact. I've never done that cause I cut them in the pan but wouldn't those filters you're using be great. Well Rachel, to be precise--and that ship has long ago sailed--all delicious.
